Workshop on Advanced Multiphoton and Fluorescence Lifetime Imaging Techniques

Organized by:

Fraunhofer IBMT

and

Becker & Hickl GmbH

St. Ingbert, Germany, June 19 - 21, 2006

Program
(as of June 16, 2006.  Download the .pdf file.)

The workshop starts on Monday, June 19, 2006, with three comprehensive lectures. In these lectures experts will introduce the fundamentals of Multiphoton Microscopy, Time Resolved Fluorescence, and Multiphoton Tomography.

During the following two days, selected speakers will present hot and emerging topics in the morning sessions, while you can put your hands on the experiments during the practical tutorials of the afternoon.

A poster session with beer and snacks, and the workshop dinner complete the program.

Transfer

Transfer to and from St. Ingbert – connecting to Saarbrücken and Sulzbach – is organized. For your convenience, we will have one bus circulating meeting points in the morning and evening. Details will be published just before the start of the workshop. Please check the website.

For reasons of organisation and due to the tight schedule, we ask all to be on time for the bus transfer. If you are late at the meeting point of the circulating bus, we cannot wait, and we are not in the situation to take any responsibility. In such case, please arrange your transport to St. Ingbert on your own. The timetable of local trains will be published on the website. If you prefer to use taxi, please ask at the reception of your hotel.

In case of late arrival to St. Ingbert, and for transfer to Sulzbach, please contact one of the local workshop assistants who will organise a shuttle for you.

Organisation

We do our best to provide you with a comfortable atmosphere, interesting topics and good supply of food and refreshments. In case you need something, please contact one of the workshop assistants. They will be happy to help you.
